A Quiet Milestone

I realized recently that I never shared an important part of the DIM story here. The manuscript has officially completed peer review with Practice Innovations (APA Division 42) and is now in the final editorial stage — “Decision in Process.”

It’s a strange threshold to stand on. DIM has lived here for years in its early form: in drafts, diagrams, conversations, and the quiet work of noticing. It grew in public before it ever entered a formal system. Now it’s moving through the last step before publication, and I’m simply waiting — listening — letting the process unfold.

I’ll share more when I know more. For now, I just wanted this chapter to be visible.
