I know I haven’t been very active on the site lately, and I haven’t updated as often as I should. But I want to take a moment to say how incredibly grateful I am for those of you who continue to check in. It means so much, and it gives me hope for where this model is headed.

Behind the scenes, I’ve been doing a lot of work—balancing the development of this project with navigating challenging circumstances in the best way I can. Despite everything, I’m genuinely hopeful and excited about the future.

One of my latest efforts has been refining my video-making skills so I can start sharing content about the model through a YouTube channel. Many of you who have learned this model have asked me to create videos explaining its real-world applications, and I want to make that happen.

At first, I thought I had to do everything on my own—learning video editing, recording equipment, software, and all the technical aspects by myself. Thankfully, I wised up and figured, why not launch a Kickstarter campaign to help bring this vision to life?

On top of that, trying to do this alone doesn’t make much sense when I already have a talented team right in front of me—my young adult kids, who have spent most of their lives mastering the craft of running YouTube channels. They’re eager to help, and the only thing we’re missing is the resources to make it happen. That’s where the Kickstarter campaign comes in.

So here’s the plan:

  • By tonight (at the earliest) or by the end of the weekend (at the latest), I hope to upload my first introductory video—a short, one-minute pitch for the model.
  • I’ll also be posting a more personal video introducing myself outside of the model, providing important context.
  • Finally, I’ll upload a Kickstarter-specific video explaining the campaign and its purpose.

The Kickstarter campaign will help fund the creation of a short web series that will serve as the ultimate introduction to the model. Meanwhile, the YouTube channel will focus on discussions around how to apply the model to various real-world situations.

I initially hoped to launch the Kickstarter campaign sooner—ideally by today—but I’ve realized that I often expect more from myself than I can realistically give. I’m harder on myself than I’ve ever been on anyone else. Despite raising socially healthy kids, supporting a family alone, all while going to school – learning to take care of myself has always been one of my greatest struggles. The older I get, the harder that lesson becomes—especially after a lifetime of unhealthy habits.

I truly appreciate everyone’s patience and support as I bring all of this together. I’m excited for what’s ahead and grateful to have you along for the journey.
