It’s been a while since I’ve shared an update here. Life has been moving slowly, and so have I—but even in that slowness, the work has continued. Most of my energy these past months has gone quietly into the model, piece by piece, breath by breath.
I’m finally at a point where I can share some good news. This May, I’ll be presenting the model at Pacific University’s annual diversity conference. It will be in a workshop format, which feels like the right setting—more conversation, more connection, more room for the ideas to breathe.
I’m also nearing the finish line on my manuscript for peer review. Distilling years of research into 800 words has been its own kind of mountain, but I’m getting close. There’s a light ahead, and I’m walking toward it.
Outside of these milestones, I’ve been focused simply on moving forward. I’m hoping to update this space more often, and with more depth, as things settle and take shape.
I haven’t disappeared. I haven’t given up. I’ve just been making my way through a thick stretch of mud, trusting that solid ground is coming. And I think it is.
More soon.
